Vision Module Implementation
Using the design document, implement all of the vision module except get_port_location.

Due on Saturday March 19 at 8pm. YOU NEED TO COMMUNICATE TO THE GROUP DAYS IN ADVANCE IF YOU CANT MAKE THIS DEADLINE.
Give the group updates every day under General on Slack. Starting Tomorrow night (Thurs March 17), every update must be before 8pm.
