Designer messages

The designer may receive error, warning, alert, or info messages about the chart or elements in the chart.

Messages with the state or state_label target should attach an icon or other visual notifier to the state (or state label) being target signaling the message and it's type. Interacting with this icon may display the message in a tooltip while hovering or opening up the message when clicking.

Similar functionality for connection and connection_label should be provided.

Messages without a target still need to be accessible and as such should be stored in an inbox style container. All messages (attached to states/connections or not) would appear in here. This container would also be what is opened when an in-chart notification icon is clicked.

Messages may come externally or via the designer realizing an issue on it's own.
