T01 - Improvements

• add advice to not use Jupyter. Using Jupyter for Python has caused confusion for some students. It isn't necessary for 2ME3/2AA4, so we could add a recommendation for a simpler workflow as part of T01.
• add an overview of make, show as part of A1Example
• add a short introduction to LaTeX, show how to compile a tex file (for A1)
