L06 slides fixes

• one instances of ElmSet still says ElementSet (slide 26)
• add a slide on iterators to simplify code
• add the link to exercise 1, in case someone hasn't opened it yet
• maybe put back the wrong name, as an exercise of having the correct names for interface functions
