Update Gantt Chart

Need an updated Gantt chart for Test Plan Revision 0.

Update Gantt Chart to reflect:

• Subtasks within the development plan
• Contribution of each team member on each task
• Update deadlines (remove second round of survey to accommodate a longer development phase)

Please refer to other issues to determine new deadlines and tasks; also refer to Slack announcements.

Updated the Gantt Chart to include subtasks with development plan, modified contributions of each member for new tasks and changed the deadlines. Commit ID: e9f71f4b
