Update file Repos.csv

So I made a couple of changes here: First I left line 3 open for Cynthia, I took line 4 instead to avoid merge conflicts... next Adrian had an extra comma on his line so no matter what whenever I try to edit the file it removes that comma since I am editing the csv in excel. Hopefully however if someone else wants to edit the file using excel or some other visual editor this removes this issue for them.

Looks good. Thanks for leaving space for your colleague. You are fine to use Excel, but I've been happy with VSCode for csv files. It has a preview that is handy and the colour coding of the text file is nice.
