Revise T11 (Course review, final prep)

@jiangz26, please revise T11 and when done assign it to @palmes4 for review. There are already some good review questions, but since the final exam will have written answers, we should add a few more questions. Some ideas to get you started, include the following:

• provide a piece of code and ask to draw a control flow graph and suggest test cases
• give a natural language specification and ask for a formal version (maybe an example from the Baber monograph)
• ask for a sketch of the Strategy design pattern
• etc.
